Al-Warith
The Inheritor, to whom everything returns when all else has passed away.
About
Al-Warith comes from the root w-r-th, meaning inheritance, to inherit, and to come into possession of what someone leaves behind. Allah being al-Warith means that when all beings have passed away, everything will remain His alone.
People use what they own for a time and then leave it behind; inheritance passes from one generation to the next. But at the end of all this changing of hands, everything returns to its true Owner. Reflected on together with al-Baqi and Malik al-Mulk, this name deepens the realization that whatever is in our hands is a trust.
In Surah Al-Hijr, verse 23, Allah declares that it is He who gives life and causes death, and that He is the Inheritor. In Surah Al-Anbiya, verse 89, Zechariah turns to his Lord saying, "You are the best of inheritors," a prayer that shows, even in the midst of longing for a child, where his deepest trust lay.

And indeed, it is We who give life and cause death, and We are the Inheritor.
And [mention] Zechariah, when he called to his Lord, "My Lord, do not leave me alone [with no heir], while You are the best of inheritors."
